MyCareers is a native Android companion app designed to simplify how users navigate and engage with the MyCareers learning platform.
Built in Kotlin, the app provides a clean and responsive interface for exploring short courses across a range of industry sectors, while surfacing key information such as course structure, progress, and completion status.
To improve engagement, each module includes a badge system that visually represents progress and achievements, alongside clear indicators for completed and in-progress content.
The app also introduces quality-of-life features such as a personalised “Continue” section, allowing users to pick up exactly where they left off, as well as a “Favourites” system for quick access to preferred courses.
With support for dynamic theming - including light and dark modes and full Material You integration - the interface adapts seamlessly to the user's device and preferences, providing a consistent and modern experience throughout.
